On “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” Angelina Pivarnick celebrates a pregnancy after talks about sleeping with multiple men, while castmate Sammi Giancola shares support.
Angelina Pivarnick’s search for a new chapter on MTV’s “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” appears to be landing on something she’s been craving for years: a baby.
In the Thursday. May 14 episode. Angelina reacts to what the show depicts as not one but multiple positive home pregnancy tests. saying she “did not think I was able to get pregnant” before realizing. “wow. I’m (blanking) pregnant.” She frames it as more than good news. adding. “This could be a great thing.. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”
The pregnancy storyline is the next turn in a long-running quest for domestic stability on the series. In 2022, Angelina divorced Chris Larangeira, whom she married in 2019. And her relationship with Vinnie “2.0” Tortorella appeared to trail off last season.
In a season debut episode on Thursday. May 7. Angelina tells the cast. or “roomies. ” that she’s sleeping with multiple men and that one partner has a vial of sperm in her refrigerator as part of her efforts to conceive.. “I have needs and they have needs,” Angelina says about the situation on the May 7 episode.. “If it happened that would be great — I would definitely welcome a pregnancy in my life right now.”
The May 14 episode shows the follow-through. Angelina calls the man presented on the show as the possible father, identified as “John Doe-Nor,” to deliver the news. “So I have some news for you,” she tells him. “I am officially, definitely pregnant — we’re having a baby!”
There’s an additional complication tied to the way the show handles personal details: John Doe-Nor does not appear to have consented to have his image or voice used on the program.
Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, who is herself expecting, is also pulled into Angelina’s moment.. Sammi is pregnant and. as part of her storyline. is trying to keep the gender of her baby boy a secret from her castmates.. When Angelina’s pregnancy becomes known. Sammi speaks to the stress of getting pregnant and the fear that can come with it.. “I know how stressful it is to get pregnant and when you finally get pregnant it’s so scary. it’s a lot of stress. ” Sammi says.. “I never thought I would ever be pregnant with Angelina.”
Sammi’s own fertility journey has been a detailed part of “JSFV.” She and her fiancé Justin May underwent in vitro fertilization treatments while Sammi dealt with endometriosis. a condition that affects the lining of the uterus.. They ultimately welcomed a son, Vincent Keith May, born on Aug.. 20, 2025.
The episode also returns to Sammi’s personal preparations. including a scene in which she helps pick out a wedding dress.. The dress is described as a mermaid silhouette with a form-fitting column top and a ballroom-style bottom.. Sammi, who is slightly showing at the time depicted, chooses it with the roomies’ help at Castle Couture in Manalapan.
As for the broader timeline, the events shown in Thursday’s episode take place in early spring of 2025. Sammi and Justin are later married on Dec. 4, 2025, at the Park Château Estate and Gardens in East Brunswick.
Angelina, for her part, has not revealed a pregnancy or the birth of a child on her social media accounts.. But the series depicts that day as a turning point for her, including a practical fresh start.. The show presents her moving out of Freehold Township. where police were called twice for domestic disputes. and into a new home in Holmdel. near Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.
“Moving into a new house with a fresh start and a new baby,” Angelina says in the episode. “Looks like happiness.”
