Fans are doing a double take after Alyson Hannigan shared a new photo with her daughter.
The “How I Met Your Mother” star’s latest Instagram post sparked a flood of comments from followers who couldn’t get over just how much the 14-year-old resembles her famous mom.
Hannigan, 52, posted a selfie with her daughter, Keeva, from a Jellycat event on Sept. 26, along with several photos from their outing.
“Had the BEST time at the @jellycat event,” Hannigan captioned the post. “We had so much fun and I could not be more grateful for this custom Jellycat manicure by my daughter.”
“Safe to say she’s the true artist in our family!” she added.
The striking resemblance between the mother-daughter duo surprised fans, many of whom commented on the post. “Which one is which,” one fan wrote, while another wrote, “Did you know there’s two of you?”
“You literally gave birth to yourself I swear lol,” another user said.
Hannigan shares Keeva and 17-year-old daughter Satyana with husband Alexis Denisof, 60. The actors, who met while working on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” have been married since 2003.
Keeva recently started high school, and Hannigan marked her daughter’s big milestone with an Instagram post on Aug. 31, sharing a photo of Keeva smiling while holding up a poster that read, “So High School Class of 2030.”
“Back to school means back to sign making!” Hannigan wrote in the caption. “I obviously had to reference my favorite Taylor song since I now have 2 High Schoolers.”
