A claim tied to Jeffrey Epstein’s long-running scandal has thrust former Prince Andrew back into the spotlight—this time through the testimony of a woman who says she was abused by the convicted financier for more than a decade.
Sarah Kellen. testifying before the US House Oversight Committee as part of an investigation into Epstein and his network of associates. alleged that she spent time inside royal circles. She said it included attending a dinner with Andrew at Buckingham Palace and later appearing at Princess Beatrice’s 18th birthday celebration at Windsor Castle.
Kellen’s allegations. if believed. would be a major addition to the sprawling Epstein narrative because she is describing public-facing moments inside royal residences—claims that quickly raise questions about how far Epstein’s web extended into influential social spaces. She also told lawmakers that while she experienced years of abuse and mistreatment from Epstein and others connected to him. she reported not experiencing inappropriate behavior from Andrew himself.
The testimony comes against the backdrop of Andrew’s long-scrutinized connection to Epstein, including repeated denials about wrongdoing. He was stripped of his royal military affiliations and patronages amid the fallout from the controversy.
Kellen’s account also centered Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend and longtime associate, who is currently serving a prison sentence in the US for sex trafficking offenses. In particularly striking remarks, Kellen said Maxwell played an outsized role in shaping Epstein.
“I feel like she kind of taught and shaped Jeffrey into who he became, showed him how to use his money. He didn’t have private planes before her, he didn’t have the townhouse before her. She kind of showed him how he should live his life.”
Her testimony additionally touched on Sarah Ferguson, Andrew’s former wife. Kellen reportedly claimed that Maxwell arranged meetings between Ferguson and Epstein in 2008—during a period when Epstein was serving a jail sentence but was allowed day-release privileges.
Kellen’s own position inside Epstein’s orbit drew its share of contention as well. Over the years. some attorneys representing Epstein victims have characterized her as being deeply involved in recruiting and grooming underage girls. She was also reportedly identified as a potential co-conspirator during plea negotiations involving Epstein.
But when Kellen faced those characterizations in her testimony, she pushed back. She insisted she was never contacted by investigators to provide her account.
“No one from law enforcement ever spoke with me, ever heard my side, ever asked me a single question.”
The Buckingham Palace response to the latest claims pointed back to an earlier statement attributed to King Charles III and Queen Camilla: “Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been. and will remain with. the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse.”.
The same testimony that described dinner invitations and milestone celebrations also underscored how the Epstein story continues to be re-litigated through new details—especially when the allegations touch high-profile people and prestigious institutions. For Andrew. the timing couldn’t be more delicate; for those watching the US investigation. the focus now sharpens on what Kellen says she saw. and what her claims mean for understanding the reach of Epstein’s network.

Wait so she says Buckingham Palace dinners?? Like for real??
I’m not even surprised at this point, royals always end up in something. It says she didn’t experience anything inappropriate from Andrew though, so what exactly are they saying he did then?
Andrew being at a dinner doesn’t mean anything by itself like… unless everyone’s just pretending that dinner was normal. Also why is Princess Beatrice’s 18th even mentioned like that’s proof of abuse? Seems like they’re mixing facts and vibes.
This is wild. I saw a clip somewhere that said Epstein had private planes before Maxwell so idk, the article trails off. Either way, if she was abused for years, it’s all disgusting. And Andrew being stripped of stuff… good, but it’s like the whole royal circle is one big loophole.
