Alix Earle to Appear in Benson Boone’s “Time of My Life”

Alix Earle is reportedly joining Benson Boone’s upcoming music video for “The Time of My Life,” with filming expected to begin soon. The influencer’s role is being kept quiet, but early teaser clues—especially her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover—have already

Alix Earle’s next move may be taking her from feeds and magazine covers into a music-video world—and the moment feels different precisely because the details are missing.

She’s reportedly been tapped for Benson Boone’s upcoming video for “The Time of My Life.” The casting story is already spreading fast: Boone personally asked Earle to appear in the project. and she agreed. TMZ’s reporting says cameras are expected to roll soon, even as her exact role is being kept under wraps.

That secrecy is doing most of the work right now. Earle isn’t expected to be a quick cameo, according to the same report. She’s meant to have a significant part—big enough that fans will be watching the video not just for her presence, but for what it changes.

The casting has also been foreshadowed in a very modern way: through reposts, clues, and teaser breadcrumbs. Before the report landed, Boone’s fans had already noticed something unusual. A teaser for “The Time of My Life” reportedly included Earle’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover. prompting questions about whether it was random or part of a larger rollout.

A fan account, Benson Boone Access, said Earle reposted the teaser and that her Sports Illustrated cover was featured in it. TMZ later framed that detail as a clue pointing toward her involvement.

For Earle, this would fit into a bigger pattern of expansion beyond short-form social media. She has recently moved into mainstream entertainment and media visibility at a steady pace: she competed on Dancing With the Stars. landed a 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover. and is set to star in a Netflix reality series. Earle Meets World.

Her Sports Illustrated cover also sits inside a broader headline moment. People reported that Earle is one of four 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover stars, alongside Hilary Duff, Tiffany Haddish, and Nicole Williams English.

And this isn’t her first time crossing into a major pop-video lane. In 2024, The Kid LAROI released the video for “Girls,” with Earle appearing in the cast. Sony Music’s release for the song described the project as co-starring Earle and pointed to late 1990s and early 2000s MTV-era visuals.

Boone, for his part, is also building an identity around visuals. His official site spotlights American Heart as his new album and lists recent official videos including “Mr. Electric Blue,” “Momma Song,” “Mystical Magical,” and “Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else.” The “Mr. Electric Blue” video leaned into self-aware pop storytelling, including jokes about criticism and the “one-hit wonder” label.

A new video with Earle would likely reinforce that approach—less like an influencer guest slot. more like a deliberate piece of the larger pop rollout. Even the project itself is already hinting at that kind of crossover energy: TMZ says the video is for “The Time of My Life. ” filming is expected soon. and Boone and Earle have not yet revealed the character. storyline. or release plan.

At the moment, the public details are limited. But the shape of the news is clear enough to land: Earle is expected to be more than a blink-and-you-miss-it presence. the teaser had already trained fans to look for her. and the overlap between her and Boone—noticed last year at the American Music Awards—now appears poised to become something bigger on-screen.

Before the full video arrives, the project already has what pop campaigns crave: an audience primed to decode. Boone brings the song and the visual strategy. Earle brings an audience already trained to repost, scrutinize, and spot the next clue in real time.

  1. Not gonna lie, the “secret role” is kind of annoying like just say what she’s doing. TMZ always makes it sound like a mystery but it’s probably like one scene.

  2. Wait I thought Benson Boone was like a TikTok singer?? If she’s in the video that means he’s totally going to switch genres to swimsuit pop or whatever. Also DWTS—didn’t she already do that like last year? time is weird.

  3. I saw the teaser and I swear her Sports Illustrated cover was like photoshopped into it? Or maybe that’s just how it looks on my feed. Either way, keeping it under wraps sounds like marketing, not casting. If she has a “significant part” then why can’t they just say she’s the love interest or the main character or something.
