FORECAST
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Saturday’s strong storms shift east of our area after 9PM, leaving behind spotty showers and cloudy skies. It will be a warm and muggy night, with lows in the 60s.
Rounds of showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms stick around on Sunday. Severe weather is not expected with any Sunday storms.
The clouds and rain will hold highs in the 70s. Rain showers remain possible Sunday evening before fading to just a few pockets of drizzle overnight.
Lows in the 60s Monday morning. The low pressure responsible for our weekend rain and storms will be stuck over the area through early next week.
That keeps shower and low-end storm chances around into Monday, especially for Kentucky. Highs will be in the upper 70s to near 80°.
As rain chances drop by midweek, temperatures will climb into the upper 80s and close to 90. Shower and thunderstorm chances do look to pick back up again heading into next weekend.
