Aldi Is Dropping More Than 40 New Items in September — Here’s What’s Coming

It’s the time of year when the line between summer and fall begins to blur. Coffee shops have started rolling out their first batch of pumpkin-flavored drinks, and we’ll soon be craving hearty, slow-cooked stews. For grocery stores, September signals the arrival of autumn with limited-time fall treats.

If you want a baked good infused with pumpkin spice or are yearning for other autumnal flavors, just stop by Aldi this month. The Germany-based supermarket chain, known for its weekly drops of Aldi Finds, will release a slew of new items in September. In addition to fall bites, shoppers can find frozen appetizers, easy meals, and German specialties that pay homage to Aldi’s roots.

Over 40 new items are coming to the supermarket chain, and they’ll launch in weekly batches on Wednesdays from September 2 through September 30. Here’s everything you can expect to find on Aldi’s shelves over the next few weeks.

Fall favorites are back at Aldi

Nine fall finds are landing in Aldi stores this September. Of course, there are plenty of pumpkin-flavored baked goods, including the Bake Shop Pumpkin Sandwich Cookies, featuring pumpkin spice cookies with a cinnamon cream cheese filling; Baker’s Corner Pumpkin Quick Bread & Muffin Mix; and Benton’s Soft Baked Cookies, available in pumpkin spice, apple crisp, and maple pecan varieties.

The seasonal Berryhill Spread, available in pumpkin-maple or salted-caramel apple flavors, is perfect for stirring into homemade lattes or for pairing with sliced apples for an easy snack. If you’re not a pumpkin fan, don’t worry. Aldi is also releasing the Specially Selected Apple Cinnamon Brioche Ring — perfect for easy breakfasts — and Southern Grove Caramel Apple Trail Mix.

The autumnal arrivals aren’t limited to sweet spreads and treats. Aldi is also dropping the Specially Selected Fall Harvest Mac & Cheese, featuring a rich, creamy sauce made with pumpkin, butternut squash, and cheddar. Each pack includes three servings for just $3, making this frozen dinner a steal. If you want a handheld meal, pick up the Specially Selected Pumpkin & Feta Flatbread from the freezer aisle. The flatbread comes topped with roasted pumpkin, mozzarella, feta, and caramelized onions on a thin, crispy crust. Aldi is also introducing a Specially Selected Beet & Goat Cheese Flatbread.

The new Priano Maple, Bacon & Ricotta Tortelloni is an easy base that can be tossed with sausage, roasted vegetables, or a simple sauce for dinner. It happens to be gluten-free, but we have a feeling that everyone will want to try the creamy, filled pasta.

To celebrate its German roots, Aldi hosts two “German weeks” each year. The chain’s first German week of 2026 was held in April, and its second coincides with the start of Oktoberfest. Stop by Aldi between September 16 and 23 if you want to try classic German bites ranging from pretzels to strudel.

Aldi’s popular frozen protein, the Deutsche Küche Schnitzel, will be available in pork, beef, and chicken. Other German finds include the Aldi Bavarian Soft Pretzel Twist, Deutsche Küche Savory Strudels (filled with your choice of Mushroom & Cheese, Spinach & Ricotta, or Roasted Pepper & Cheddar Cheese), and Deutsche Küche White Asparagus. If you want to enjoy the latter the same way they do in Germany, serve it with hollandaise sauce, potatoes, and ham.

Shoppers can stock up on some of their favorite German snacks, too, such as the Deutsche Küche Doppelino Cookies (available in Chocolate, Hazelnut, or Speculoos flavors) or the Deutsche Küche Peanut Puffs.

Aldi typically features several frozen appetizers in its monthly limited-time releases, and September is no exception. The German supermarket is offering a variety of crowd-pleasing appetizers in September, including Corned Beef Reuben Bites, crispy breaded nuggets filled with tender corned beef, sauerkraut, and provolone cheese.

Shoppers can also snag the Season’s Choice Chili Lime Seasoned Corn Ribs, Aldi Goat Cheese Bites, Aldi Truffle Arancini Bites, or Casa Mamita Stuffed Nachos with Kickin’ Chicken. Stock your freezer with a few of these appetizers, and you’ll be ready to host friends any night in the fall.
