Adidas’ Adimule slide is more than a comfortable shoe. It’s coming for Birkenstock with a friendly price tag that just might convert Boston clog fans.
The Adimule is a clog-like slide that comes with a more affordable $80-$100 price tag than the $170 Birkenstock Boston clog.
The comfortable features of Adidas’ Adimule
With the Adimule, you’ll have what Adidas calls “premium comfort.” It features a genuine cork sole, which might remind you of the famous contoured cork footbed found in Birkenstocks.
But don’t worry, Adidas kicked this shoe up another notch.
It added a suede footbed in the Adimule slide, so this casual look feels elevated. It also has a soft suede upper that you can pick up in four colors, including golden beige, black, cow print and camouflage.
You can also grab the Adimule in the Liberty London version with a sandy-pink color detailed with an embossed floral pattern for $74, instead of $105.
The design of the Adidas Adimule slide
The Adimule was actually inspired by the iconic Adidas Adilette slides; however, it’s all about luxury with this slip-on shoe. It’s made to keep your feet comfortable all day and is the kind of style you look forward to slipping into.
But the real gem of the Adimule slide is the trefoil logo that adorns the upper. This legendary Adidas logo is not only designed to be subtle on this plush slide, but it’s also the only identifying marker on the shoe. No three stripes like the Adilette or Samba; instead, just a demure logo that signifies that this lux shoe is all Adidas.
