A true crime docuseries might be topping the charts in the U.S., but the global Netflix crown belongs to Guy Ritchie’s best television series. A spin-off of his 2019 film of the same name, The Gentlemen was one of the biggest new hits on the world’s largest streamer in 2024, as Eddie Horniman’s (Theo James) evolution from reluctant recipient of a drug empire to criminal veteran had the world hooked. Back with Susie Glass (Kaya Scodelario) for an international second season, Eddie’s return this month has dominated streaming conversation. But it isn’t the only series worth watching. With that in mind, here are three shows you should binge-watch on Netflix this week.

‘Dang!’ (2026)
Animation fans are in for a treat this weekend on Netflix, as an exciting new adult comedy series makes its debut. The new series Dang! follows the messy New York lives of brother and sister Andrew (Andrew Law) and Eunice (Poppy Liu), whose fun is interrupted when their high-achieving sister Ruthie (Stephanie Hsu) shows up.
Adult animated sitcoms have long been a success on streaming, with Dang! hoping to follow in the footsteps of the likes of BoJack Horseman and Big Mouth by becoming the latest to impress on Netflix. Already earning strong reviews, this chaotic comedy has plenty of laughs and lots of heart, making for an easy way to enjoy your weekend.

He will complain the entire time. He will make it significantly more chaotic than it needed to be. And he will absolutely, unconditionally, without question come through when it counts. Yippee-ki-yay.
Ethan Hunt

Fans of The Lincoln Lawyer and Matlock shouldn’t miss out on the very best modern legal drama. Across nine seasons and 134 episodes, this indulgent drama twists and turns with savvy and charisma, never losing its detail or quality. Created by Aaron Korsh, Suits was recently followed by a long-awaited spin-off, Suits LA, which sadly failed to capture the unmissable essence of the original.

‘The Perfect Couple’ (2024–Present)

Based on the novel of the same name by Elin Hilderbrand, Jenna Lamia‘s The Perfect Couple follows the tragedy of a body found on the harbor during Nantucket wedding season. As the Chief of Police begins to put the pieces of the mysterious puzzle together, even the bride and groom aren’t safe from suspicion.
Murder mysteries set against gorgeous, wealthy backdrops are all the rage at the moment, with the likes of The White Lotus and Knives Out just two examples. The Perfect Couple is an excellent third, boasting a winding narrative sure to keep you guessing and some truly stunning visuals. Featuring Nicole Kidman and Liev Schreiber in pitch-perfect lead roles, this indulgent drama was such a hit that a second season was greenlit and is currently in development.
