Despite having years of experience and a secure set of assets, UFC veteran Bobby “King” Green recently called himself homeless. While the 40-year-old has plenty of property to his name, he has opened it up to his “homies” and has no place of his own to stay. And on top of that, his longtime friend, former partner, and the mother of one of his children, Amy, is battling a serious health crisis.
Talking about his current living situation during a recent Kick stream, Green opened up about the unseen side of his life. “I’ve been living in my car. I got like nine houses, but I’m f***ing homeless right now,” Green said. “All my homies live in all of my homes and s**t, so I’m f***ing living out of my car as we speak. It’s crazy, you know? It’s just a part of life, bro. And I just want to show people real life. I deal with s**t like this all the time.”
Green last fought Terrance McKinney at UFC 329 and won the fight. However, just based on his peak physical condition and fighting skills, his living status still looks unbelievable. On the same Kick stream, Green further opened up about his living conditions. “I had a girlfriend at the time, so I was staying with my girlfriend… then we broke up a couple days ago,” he continued. “So, I’ll find a spot after this fight. I’ll figure something out.”
Green has faced numerous challenges and made bad financial choices, despite his ongoing 13-year-run with the UFC and 18-years in MMA. As of now, there are no updates on Green’s UFC return.
