Sharon Stone Appears to Shade Sydney Sweeney’s Lingerie Brand With Pointed ‘Euphoria’ Joke | Just Jared

Sharon Stone is making a dig at her former Euphoria co-star Sydney Sweeney‘s new lingerie line.
The Basic Instinct star spoke to Variety recent and made a comment that alluded to Sydney‘s recent controversial Euphoria storyline involving her character, Cassie, becoming a cam girl.
“In Euphoria, I tried to get Sydney Sweeney’s character to stop being a cam girl and to come and work for me on the series I was producing called L.A. Nights,” Sharon explained. “And she agreed to stop being a cam girl — which she didn’t do.”
It wasn’t immediately apparent if Sharon was just joking or not, but she followed up by saying, “As you can see from Sydney‘s new lingerie line, it didn’t take.”
The Housemaid star launched her lingerie line Syrn earlier this year and has been getting some backlash as of late for her provocative ad campaign for the sports-focused prediction market Novig, which is a company she joined as an equity partner.
Sydney has since addressed some of the backlash. Along with sharing more images from the campaign on her Instagram Stories, Sydney shared partially nude sports photos featuring athletes including Serena Williams, Ronda Rousey, Sue Bird, Megan Rapinoe, Rob Gronkowski and Jason Kelce, among others.
