my sister is literally stuck at SFO right now trying to get to her daughters wedding and nobody is telling her anything at the gate. this is so frustrating i dont understand why they cant just be honest with people about whats happening instead of leaving everyone standing around.
this is what happens when you let one state control too much of the air traffic honestly. i read somewhere that california has been pushing to expand SFO for years but then they also block all the construction permits so nothing ever gets built and now look at it. six flights suspended is just the beginning too because once the delays start piling up it goes international and then you got Paris and Hong Kong dealing with it too. and this isnt even the first time SFO has done this i feel like every couple years there is some big meltdown there and everyone acts surprised. the whole west coast airport situation is just broken and nobody in charge seems to care until it makes the news.
wait so frontier flies to beijing now?? i thought they only did like florida and vegas type routes. anyway hope everyone gets where they need to go but also maybe dont book through SFO if you can avoid it honestly that airport has always been a mess every time i flew out of there something went wrong.
