Scott Wolf & Ex Kelley Move Forward With Divorce After Spending Time as a Family This Year | Just Jared
Scott Wolf and ex-wife Kelley are speaking out about the status of their relationship in a new joint statement.
The longtime couple announced in June 2025 that they were getting a divorce, and have been caught up in a contentious battle over the past year.
Earlier this year, following her arrest and rehab stay, the former couple reunited and were seen hanging out at Universal Studios Hollywood with their three children.
He then spoke out about their reunion, but after spending some time together as a family this year, they are moving forward with their divorce.
The pair shared a joint statement with People, saying that after being “home together as a family, focusing on healing, rebuilding and finding stability after an extraordinarily difficult season” since early spring, they have “decided to move forward with our divorce.”
“Our hearts are heavy, but they are also filled with gratitude for the years we spent together, for all that we shared and built, for our loving marriage, and most of all, for our incredible children,” they added.
They share three kids together – Jackson, 17, Miller, 13, and Lucy, 12.
“To everyone who has supported us and sent love and prayers for the healing of our family, we are deeply grateful,” they added. “We now move forward into this next chapter, guided by love as co-parents to our children, and by our shared commitment to the best and brightest future for our family.”
In June 2025, after their divorce announcement, Kelley was detained by police after making “concerning” comments to family. A couple of months later, she was arrested after posting disturbing messages on social media and was ordered to stay away from Scott and their children.
In September 2025, she went to rehab for a month-long stay, and in December, he dropped the restraining order against her.
At the end of August 2026, Kelley revealed she was diagnosed with a “drug-induced mania with psychosis” that was “caused by stress, past trauma, hormonal shifts, and hallucinogens mixed with prescribed medications,” and she apologized to her family.
