A 55-inch Samsung Mini LED TV is heading into living-room spotlight with a rare price drop, with Amazon listing the Samsung M80H for $597.99 as of May 6.
The deal cuts the set’s usual price of $697.99 by $100, a 14% discount, bringing it to the lowest price the listing has shown at the moment. For shoppers weighing whether to upgrade their main TV or add a new one to another room without spending heavily, the price is positioned as the key draw.
Samsung’s M80H is built around a Mini LED display and includes features marketed for picture quality and performance.. The TV uses AI-powered processing meant to analyze and enhance scenes for a “better” and more dynamic image.. Samsung also highlights its Pure Spectrum Color technology. described as supporting over one billion colors. aiming to deliver bright tones and deeper blacks.
Gaming and sports are another focus. The set includes a variable refresh rate listed at 144Hz, which Samsung says helps reduce screen tearing for smoother motion.
For streaming, the model is advertised as offering built-in access with a free Samsung account, including free channels and a library described as hundreds of pieces of content plus live streaming stations.
The promotion, framed around the cost reduction, is a straightforward one: take the discounted price while it lasts.
Samsung TV deal Mini LED TV 55-inch TV Amazon discount M80H streaming TV
got one last year for like 800 bucks lol
wait so is this a smart tv or do you still need a firestick or whatever because the article says streaming is built in but i feel like they always say that and then you plug it in and nothing works right and you end up buying something anyway
honestly 600 is still too much when you can get a decent TV at walmart for like 200 and it does the same thing basically. my cousin bought a samsung a few years back and the backlight went out in two years so i dont trust them anymore. mini LED just sounds like marketing to get you to spend more. also i think bestbuy has a better return policy than amazon so id check there first before jumping on this
this is actually a monitor not a TV i read about the M80H before its meant for like PC setups and office work they put it in the living room section to confuse people into buying it thinking its a regular TV but its totally different hardware inside. the refresh rate thing is a giveaway only monitors do that. not saying its bad just dont expect it to replace your actual television because it wont look right from far away
