Ugandan clubs Prisons and NIC have secured their spots in the semifinals of the East Africa Netball Club Championships following a high-stakes clash in Nairobi.

Prisons started strongly and showed clear intent from the opening whistle.. Within the first five minutes, they had raced to a 6-0 lead, forcing NIC coach to make an early tactical change

by replacing goal attacker Rachael Nanyonga with Vicky Nantumbwe.. Prisons maintained their intensity throughout the first half and went into the break leading 22-19.. The second half proved equally challenging for NIC, as Prisons held their composure to secure a 45-41.
