Prince Harry says his kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are hooked on one particular movie franchise: ‘Every time my kids want to watch something, it’s Minions’
Prince Harry revealed the franchise that Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet cannot get enough of.
While attending the WellChild Awards, the Duke of Sussex admitted he and Meghan Markle‘s kids keep watching one series of animated films.
Harry says Archie and Lilibet are hooked on ‘Minions’
During a conversation with Will Messer, winner in the Inspirational Child 7-11 category, he and Harry spoke about their favorite movies.
“Gladiator is pretty special,” the Spare author said via HELLO! before turning the conversation to Archie and Lilibet.
“Every time my kids want to watch something, it’s Minions. I’m obsessed, but not as much as my kids,” he said. “What about Ice Age? Who doesn’t love the squirrel with his nut?”
Archie and Lilibet also love ‘Junior Bake Off’
The father of two also brought up Archie and Lilibet’s obsession with The Great British Bake Off‘s junior edition.
“My kids love Junior Bake Off,” Harry explained.
“Absolutely love it. And I love it as well. It’s far better than the grown-up version,” he admitted.
Harry says his kids Archie and Lilibet are back in school already after getting pulled two days in due to security concerns
Following the family’s big return to the U.K., the children had to adjust to not one, but two schools after being pulled out of the first due to security concerns.
“We’re getting stuck into the work. Kids are in school. We’re happy,” the 42-year-old told HELLO! at the event.
“And as I said, it’s great to be back on British soil and looking forward to Birmingham next year for the Invictus Games that’s coming up,” he noted.
Harry and Meghan’s school logistics drama shouldn’t ‘come as a surprise’
While Harry and Meghan’s little ones were forced to adjust to multiple new environments, the hurdles over security doesn’t come as a surprise.
“The logistics haven’t changed since Harry and Meghan plotted their U.K. return,” royal expert expert Kinsey Schofield told Fox News Digital.
“None of this should have come as a surprise,” she added. “When I spoke to people locally, the school-run traffic was one of the very first issues they raised with me.”
