Prince Harry addressed the school drama involving Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
While appearing at the Invictus Spirit Gala Dinner and Awards in London, the Duke of Sussex said his two kids are adjusting to their new routine after he and Meghan Markle pulled them from their new U.K. school two days into the semester because of security concerns.

Archie and Lilibet’s new chapter got off to a rough start, but Harry confirmed they are settling into their new learning environment.
“We’re getting stuck into the work. Kids are in school. We’re happy,” the father of two told HELLO! at the swanky event.
“And as I said, it’s great to be back on British soil, and looking forward to Birmingham next year for the Invictus Games that’s coming up,” he added.
Harry and Meghan pulled Archie and Lilibet from the school after a ‘discussion‘ with their security team
Although the little ones were settling into their first school after leaving the United States and moving back to the U.K., the property was deemed unsafe for the family due to heavy traffic.
“The decision for the children to move school was taken following a discussion with the family’s security team about the practicalities of their current arrangements,” a spokesperson for the couple told the publication.
An insider told the outlet of their original education facility: “It’s a real shame, because they absolutely adored the school, the kids and their parents.”
Meghan and Harry were worried that ‘potential ambush cars’ might ‘block their way and hijack the children’
Despite the difficulties, the Spare author and the Suits actress thought it would be the safest option to find their little ones another school.
“According to my sources, Harry and Meghan and their security experts were concerned about the length of the journey and how potential ambush cars could block their way and hijack the children,” U.K. broadcaster Ian Pelham Turner told Fox News Digital.
“They have been brought closer to their home, and the security arrangements are being reviewed,” the media personality continued. “I feel this is a very necessary step and gives Harry and Meghan peace of mind.”
Harry and Meghan should’ve kept Archie and Lilibet’s school plans ‘private’
Many people have criticized the pair for not properly mapping out a plan for their children before coming to England.
“If the school run had the problems they have encountered, why did they not know earlier and why wait until their children have actually started school?” royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams questioned to the publication.
“Why is this all played out in the public domain? Security issues should be private,” he said. “There will be those who believe it has been handled in this way to increase pressure on the authorities to get automatic security.”
