What happened in episode 7?

Episode 7, “The Jordan Boys’ Legacy,” delivered some of the season’s biggest revelations.
After recovering Hal Jordan’s Green Lantern ring, John Stewart gained assistance from a digital backup consciousness stored within it, nicknamed the “Halogram.” Together they unlocked a mysterious vault created by Hal and discovered it concealed far more than evidence from an old investigation. The vault contained a portal leading to a devastated alien world connected to the season’s larger mystery involving the Manhunters and a catastrophic event driven by fear.
The episode also explored Hal’s childhood and the complicated family history that shaped him. As John and the Halogram pieced together clues surrounding Hal’s death, their journey ultimately led them to the ruined world where they encountered Sinestro, Hal’s former mentor and one of the most iconic villains in Green Lantern history. The episode’s final moments left fans with a major cliffhanger and set the stage for a finale that promises answers about Hal’s death, Sinestro’s plans, and John’s increasingly unusual powers.
