Misryoum reports that troops in Yobe repelled an ISWAP attack on a military base in Gujba, leaving dozens of insurgents dead and two soldiers confirmed killed.

Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have repelled a coordinated attack by suspected ISWAP terrorists on Buni Gari in Gujba Local Government Area of Yobe State, killing no fewer than 50 insurgents during a fierce battle..
