Hilton Honors’ 250-point road trip summer starts May 26

Hilton Honors is rolling out a dozen America 250 road trip experiences for just 250 Hilton Honors points each, starting on May 26 on a first-come, first-served basis. Options range from VIP Roswell festival access to private stargazing tied to Zion and Bryce C
By summer 2026, the U.S.. is set to mark its Semiquincentennial—the 250th birthday that arrives in July—and Hilton Honors is trying to turn that milestone into a reason to hit the road.. Starting May 26. the loyalty program will release a dozen unique road trip experiences for just 250 Hilton Honors points apiece. with each package designed to include gas and Hampton by Hilton lodging.
The lineup leans hard into the “great American road trip. ” including a scenic drive through Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks that culminates in a private. astronomer-led stargazing session.. There’s also VIP access to the Roswell UFO Festival in Roswell. New Mexico. plus a VIP (Very Important Pickle) experience at Pittsburgh’s Picklesburgh festival with private tastings and a year’s supply of pickles.
For families and thrill-seekers. Hilton Honors is also offering a four-day road trip to iconic amusement parks and record-breaking roller coasters. curated by American Coaster Enthusiasts. along with a hands-free action camera.. Another option pairs a Great American State Fair all-access pass with VIP access to the Fourth of July fireworks on the National Mall.
Mark Weinstein. chief marketing officer for Hilton. framed the offer around the emotional pull of the moment: “In this milestone year celebrating America’s 250th anniversary. the open road feels especially meaningful.” He added that Hilton Honors America Experiences will deliver “once-in-a-lifetime moments for just 250 Points. ” tied to “the timeless American tradition of road trips” and the kind of spontaneous discoveries that happen once people “pile into the car and see where the journey takes you.”
These 250-point bundles are built to be a rare kind of deal within the program.. Hilton says members can book activities with points through Hilton Honors Experiences—ranging from concerts and sporting events to massages and mixology classes—and that the soon-to-launch Hilton Honors Adventures is also coming.. But those experiences typically cost tens or hundreds of thousands of points. making the “America 250” road trips an outlier in price and availability.
The offer also comes with a practical promise for new and casual members: the promotion is structured so the experiences can be earned from a single night’s stay at a Hampton by Hilton. or by transferring points from one of Hilton’s credit card transfer partners.. Still. there’s a catch built into the timing—packages will drop on the Hilton Honors Experiences platform starting May 26 and will be available on a first-come. first-served basis.
To improve the odds. Hilton is urging travelers to download the Hilton Honors app and enable push notifications so they’re alerted when a new package becomes available.. The sequence matters here: the promotion price is set at 250 points per experience. the release is tied to May 26 on the Hilton Honors Experiences platform. and availability is first-come. first-served—meaning the window between the drop date and securing a package is part of the deal itself.
