Fano’s military spokesperson says the group is moving from guerrilla tactics toward conventional force while reports of gains spread across Amhara.
Toronto – As the ruling prosperity party continues to paint an image of a “weakened” fighting standing of Fano forces whom it refers to as “extremists,” the narrative from the rebels represents rather a military progress..
