Noah was last seen at around 3pm on Tuesday, September 15, after becoming separated from a relative near a playground on Merriam Close in Brantham.
He was reported to have run down an alleyway beside the playground towards a nearby new-build housing estate.

Emergency services are currently carrying out searches of the area.
The coastguard helicopter has been seen circling above the village over bodies of water such as the River Stour and a pond near to the Merriam Close playground.
However, it has since left the area.
Locals are being asked to check their gardens, sheds and outbuildings.
DK-9 Search and Rescue Unit has now been called out to the search for Noah.
Darren Debenham, of DK-9, said he had received 148 calls from members of the public about Noah.
He will be aiding the police and coastguard, and whoever else is there, in the search.

Locals living in the area have also launched their own search of the area.
Groups on social media said they would gather at 8pm on Tuesday to search the Taylor Wimpey site in Pioneer Way
The housing development is next to the playground where Noah was last seen.
Brantham Parish Council is also giving updates on the search and said anyone wishing to help can meet at the village hall.
Noah is described as white, with curly ginger hair.
He was last seen wearing a white Bluey T-shirt, shorts, and white trainers.
Anyone who believes they have seen Noah is urged to contact Suffolk Police, quoting CAD 203 of September 15.
