ASKO Unveils 5-in-1 Celsius Oven Range at EuroCucina

ASKO showcased its new Elements series Celsius built-in oven range at EuroCucina, highlighting a 5-in-1 design focused on precision and versatility.
A new kind of oven flexibility is stealing the spotlight at EuroCucina, and ASKO is banking on its updated Celsius range to deliver it.
Misryoum reports that ASKO, a Swedish brand known for Scandinavian design and high-performance appliances, has added the Elements series to its Celsius built-in oven lineup.. The brand says the range has already earned an iF Design Award 2026, and it was presented at ASKO’s EuroCucina stand along with an on-site pop-up showroom in the Brera district.
During the event, the company staged live demonstrations featuring Chef Wilfred Hoquet and ASKO’s Brand Chef Tim Delissen.. Misryoum understands the pair focused on showcasing how the oven can shift between cooking methods while aiming to keep results consistent, a point that appeared to resonate with attendees and industry professionals.
Why it matters: As kitchens increasingly blend everyday convenience with professional expectations, a “one appliance, many methods” pitch can quickly become a deciding factor for shoppers.
At the center of the presentation is ASKO’s 5-in-1 Celsius Oven, designed to give home cooks a single system with five cooking functions.. Misryoum notes the lineup combines Combi Microwave, Combi Steam, Steam, Microwave, and Conventional Heat, positioned as a way to broaden cooking options without swapping tools.
Beyond the core functions, ASKO highlights additional features including Air fry, Connectivity, and cleaning functions.. Misryoum adds that the message throughout was about expanding culinary techniques, from steaming-focused dishes to faster microwave cooking and traditional baking, all managed through an “intuitive system.”
The brand also pointed to tight temperature control across its Celsius Ovens range, describing accuracy within plus or minus 1 degree. Misryoum notes that ASKO frames this as a confidence builder for cooks who rely on temperature to steer results.
Why it matters: Temperature stability is often the hidden difference between “almost right” and repeatable outcomes, especially when combining multiple cooking styles in a single device.
In design terms, ASKO’s Elements series keeps to the brand’s Scandinavian minimalism, with a user-facing interface meant to support both seasoned cooks and everyday users.. Misryoum reports the approach aligns with ASKO’s broader recognition for design, including previous iF Design and Red Dot honors connected to other parts of its oven and frame lines.
The Celsius range spotlighted at EuroCucina is also part of ASKO’s collaboration with design studio Draga and Aurel. Misryoum says the company continues to position the Elements series as a balance of form, function, and innovation, backed by additional international awards tied to the lineup.
Why it matters: When design awards and real-world cooking workflows overlap, they can help a product move from showroom appeal to something buyers feel comfortable using every day.
