Executive coach, consultant, and leadership strategist Andrea P. Davis has been named Pinnacle Professional of the Year for her extensive contributions to leadership development and executive coaching. The recognition highlights a career spanning more than 25 years across strategy, marketing, communications, and organizational transformation.
Davis serves as the founder and chief executive officer of Elev8d Solutions, where she delivers executive and team coaching, leadership development, and management consulting aimed at helping individuals and organizations achieve sustainable results. Alongside her work with Elev8d Solutions, she holds the role of director of people and organizational performance and executive coach at Andersen Global Consulting, supporting institutions in enhancing performance, strengthening leadership capabilities, and driving strategic alignment.
Her professional background encompasses executive coaching, strategic planning, brand development, change management, and the improvement of both employee and consumer experiences. Throughout her career, Davis has directed large-scale initiatives, including enterprise communications for crisis response, mergers and acquisitions, organizational transformation, brand strategy, and employee engagement. Her prior experience includes serving as senior executive advisor and chief of staff for marketing at Intermountain Healthcare, as well as holding various leadership positions in marketing, communications, and human resources over nearly three decades.
Davis earned a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah. She also holds a human resources certificate from the University of Utah and completed international studies at Cambridge International in England.
Her industry credentials include accreditation as an ACC Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Personal and Executive Coach through the CaPP Institute, a Positive Intelligence Coach, a Maxwell Certified Leader, a Culture Plus Leader designation, and certification as a strengths assessment facilitator.
Davis’s work has earned multiple honors, including recognition as one of the 2026 Influential Women, Women-Owned Small Business certification through the Women’s Business Enterprise Council, a Gold eHealthcare Leadership Award, a Silver Telly Award, a National Best of Show Business Insurance Award, and multiple IABC Quill Awards.
