Alix Earle has joined season 2 of Jimmy Fallon‘s billionaire microdrama!
The 25-year-old social media star will guest-star in the second season of Who Billionaire? Me Billionaire, the short-form comedy from The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, according to The Wrap.
New episodes begin rolling out on Sunday, September 27, with Fallon and John Stamos returning alongside Kasey Esser, Delaney Rowe and Rose Kelso. Fellow TikTok star Jake Musser is also joining as a guest star.
What is Who Billionaire? Me Billionaire?
The series is a satirical spin on soap operas, featuring super-short mobile soaps that have turned into a huge trend on social media.
According to The Wrap, season 2 “will pick up where the engagement party left off when billionaire in disguise Doug (Stamos) revealed he had stolen the fortune of Chaiston (Fallon), putting Chaiston’s engagement to Kinsleigh (Kelso) on the rocks.”
The second season will feature even more drama as Chaiston becomes “increasingly unhinged.”
The project comes from Tonight Show head writer A.D. Miles. Its first season consisted of 10 installments, and season 2 expands to 12, spread across two nights.
When and where can you watch season 2?
The first installment will premiere during Sunday’s special Tonight Show, which follows NBC’s Sunday Night Football coverage and local newscasts.
After that show, episodes 1–6 will be released on the Tonight Show‘s social platforms and Peacock. Another installment will air during the Monday, September 28, broadcast, followed by the online release of episodes 7–12, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
For catching up, the first season was released on the Tonight Show‘s TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram accounts, as well as Peacock.
