Police are searching for a group of people who allegedly robbed a jewelry store in Springfield, Virginia, earlier this week.
The Fairfax County Police Department said the incident happened on Sept. 27 at around 3:30 p.m. when officers were called to the store, located in the 7000 block of Brookfield Plaza, for reports of a robbery.
Preliminary, authorities believe four male suspects drove to the business in a black Acura sedan. They then shattered the glass front door to get in and started smashing the display cases, taking the jewelry while one suspect held an employee at gunpoint.
The suspects left the store and drove away in the same car.
Police said the jewelry that the men took is valued at around $600,000.
No injuries were reported.
Fairfax County police released photos of the suspects involved in the robbery.
