North West Premier Lazarus Mokgosi could face perjury charges.. The SABC has reliably learnt that Mokgosi is among the five witnesses who testified before the North West provincial legislature’s ad hoc committee and may have committed perjury.. issues arising from the testimonies of various witnesses and further outlined the legal team’s conclusion and recommendations on matters relating to possible perjury..
