The SABC has reliably learnt that Mokgosi is among the five witnesses who testified before the North West provincial legislature’s ad hoc committee and may have committed perjury.. Modisenyane Segapo in 2023.. The committee has recommended that the matter be referred to the National Director of Public Prosecutions for consideration.. The committee’s chairperson, Nathan Oliphant, says, “The committee met and received an analysis report presented by the committee’s legal team in respect of perjury allegations.. This was led by advocate Pule Seleka SC, relating to possible instances arising from witness testimonies presented before the committee during the hearing process.. The report analysed divergent
issues arising from the testimonies of various witnesses and further outlined the legal team’s conclusion and recommendations on matters relating to possible perjury..
