Netball Jamaica semi-finals set for Tuesday clash

Unbeaten Titans and Jobs Lane ‘A’ highlight Netball Jamaica’s Annual Club League semi-finals on Tuesday.

Netball Jamaica’s Annual Club League semi-finals are set to deliver big clashes this Tuesday evening, with several teams just one step away from the title stage.

Matches begin at 5:45 pm at the Leila Robinson Netball Courts, where the semi-finals will be played across two divisions. In the Lucozade-sponsored Intermediate A division, unbeaten Titans face Jobs Lane ‘A’, while Friendship takes on Speg ‘A’ in what promises a demanding run of play.

In this context, semi-finals often reveal how teams handle pressure rather than just talent, and fans will be watching for composure as the games tighten.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Ventures Major League is also set for a high-intensity slate under the lights. Upsetters ‘A’ will meet Rockerz ‘A’, and Jamalco will take on Tivoli in matchups that are expected to shape the final week’s storylines.

Tickets for the next round are already in motion after quarterfinal results, with several sides securing places to keep their seasons alive. Misryoum understands that teams have been building momentum through a demanding stretch of fixtures.

Elsewhere in the programme, the stakes rise for supporters as the schedule narrows, turning every possession into something that could swing a result.

For most divisions, third and fourth-place playoffs are scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026, starting at 5:30 pm. The grand finals across all divisions are set for Saturday, May 9, 2026, beginning at 2:00 pm, when champions will be crowned.

Before the semi-finals arrived, the league’s 2026 season had already moved into championship mode, with 324 games played over nine weeks. The pace and variety of teams have helped maintain a lively sense of community participation throughout the competition.

At the end of the day, this is why the Annual Club League matters: it connects local talent and neighbourhood pride, and it gives players a clear path to shine when it counts most.

With quarterfinal battles settling, fans have seen statement performances from teams such as Panthers ‘D’, Excel Eagles ‘B’, MD Strikers ‘A’, Spartan, Global ‘B’ and Untouchables ‘A’, all of whom advanced.. Tight results also set the tone, including Global ‘B’ edging Speg ‘B’ 33–30 and Untouchables ‘A’ outlasting Hagley Park ‘A’ 35–29.
