Sunday Rose Kidman-Urban Lands Solo Vogue Cover Ahead of High School Graduation

Sunday Rose Kidman-Urban has secured her first solo major magazine cover, starring on the November 2026 issue of German Vogue. Photographed in a grassy field while wearing Louis Vuitton, the 18-year-old model’s latest milestone marks a significant step in a career that began just two years ago under strict familial guidelines.
The daughter of actress Nicole Kidman and singer Keith Urban, Sunday Rose balances her burgeoning fashion career with her final year of high school in Nashville, Tennessee. Her entry into the industry was delayed by an explicit household rule set by her mother, who insisted she wait until her 16th birthday before pursuing professional modeling.
Reflecting on her early ambitions, Sunday Rose noted that she had been eager to enter the industry for years, frequently asking her mother about it starting around age 14. Once she turned 16, the restrictions lifted, leading to her runway debut at the Miu Miu spring/summer 2025 show. Recalling her initial steps on the catwalk, she admitted that she arrived believing she understood the profession, only to realize how much she had to learn.
In the two years since her debut, Sunday Rose has transitioned from runway newcomer to high-profile campaigns for brands including Dior and Calvin Klein. Earlier this year, she attended the Met Gala as her mother’s date, the two arriving with matching long, pin-straight hair.
Despite her rapid ascent and the advantages of her celebrity lineage, Sunday Rose acknowledged her status as a child of famous parents and the privileges that accompany it. She emphasized that she recognizes the unique opportunities she has been afforded and works to maintain a strong professional ethic on set, regardless of exhaustion or jet lag.
Looking beyond the fashion industry, Sunday Rose pointed toward filmmaking as her ultimate long-term ambition, drawing inspiration from observing her mother’s work on film sets from a young age.
