With twelve couples left to navigate the competition. the October 6 episode saw the ballroom transform into a stage for the pop icon’s catalog. spanning from the upbeat tempo of “Obsessed” to the soaring balladry of “Hero.”.
Carey, 57, ushered in the evening with a brief video message. “Hi everyone, it’s Mariah,” she told the dancers. “What an honor to have an entire evening dedicated to my music. I can’t wait to see how these fabulous couples bring my songs to life. I wish I could be there tonight, but I’ll be watching and cheering you on from afar. Have fun!”.
The evening’s arc was set early by Ciara Miller and her partner, Brandon Armstrong.
