Atlanta Police Release Surveillance Images Following Shooting of 13-Year-Old

Atlanta police have released surveillance images and video clips of several suspects as authorities investigate a shooting that left a 13-year-old boy injured inside a southeast Atlanta apartment early Sunday morning.

Officers responded to an apartment building located on Hank Aaron Drive SE just before 4 a.m. on Sunday following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered a 13-year-old boy inside the residence suffering from a gunshot wound. In an effort to identify the individuals involved, detectives have released clips from the surveillance video to the public.

At this stage of the investigation, authorities have not released specific physical descriptions or names of the suspects seen in the recording. An updated condition for the hospitalized teenager has also not been made public by officials.
