The 8:30 p.m. June 8 game is expected to be the first time a seated U.S. president has attended the NBA Finals. For fans heading into MSG, that means more than bigger crowds and louder cheers. The presidential motorcade will drive up the five-story entrance ramp that players and coaches use to arrive. with Trump escorted to elevators and taken to a suite where he will watch the game.

Wait the elevator wing gets blocked off? That seems like it’s gonna cause chaos for normal people. Also first time a seated president goes to the NBA Finals?? I swear I heard Obama went to something like this years ago but maybe that was a different league.
This is why New York can’t have nice things. They put up a security wall from 35th to 30th like it’s a whole war zone… and then people are gonna complain they can’t find the right entrance. TSA-style magnetometers sounds like overkill, but I guess if it stops “something” then whatever. Still seems like they’re punishing Knicks fans.
