In separate incidents, artillery shelling near Rafah in the central area of Khan Younis wounded one person, while another sustained injuries from gunfire in the Jabalia camp. These developments follow earlier military actions in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, which previously resulted in two fatalities—including a young girl—and ten injuries.
