Coors Light’s Tallerboy cans return June 18—only 125

Coors Light’s oversized Tallerboy canister—made to hold three full-sized cans—sold out fast during its first online drop on June 11. A second release is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, with 125 cans available for $30.
On Thursday, June 11, Coors Light fans hit refresh at 1 p.m. ET—and by 1:30 p.m., the brand’s limited-edition “Tallerboy” had already disappeared from the online shelf.
Now the beer company is giving shoppers another shot. Coors Light says 125 more Tallerboy canisters will be released on Thursday, June 18. The offer is limited to one purchase per customer while supplies last.
The first drop was tightly constrained: Coors Light made 125 cans available through Shop.CoorsLight.com, and they sold out before 1:30 p.m. ET.
The Tallerboy itself is exactly what the name promises—a taller-than-a-tallboy canister designed to store three full-sized Coors Light cans inside one oversized container. The company unveiled the canister earlier this month as part of its marketing campaign tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. selling each Tallerboy for $30.
Coors Light is positioning the product as more than packaging. The company says the canister is meant to help keep beers cold while also functioning as a novelty collectible for soccer fans.
“It is everything ‘The Cooors Call’ stands for, brought to life in physical form,” Matt Carpenter, vice president of marketing at Coors Light, said in a news release.
The Tallerboy builds on Coors Light’s broader “The Cooors Call” campaign, which features legendary Argentine soccer announcer Andrés Cantor and his signature “GOOOOAL” call.
The sequence—125 units available on June 11, a sellout within 30 minutes, and a second 125-unit release on June 18—doesn’t just suggest demand. It shows how the product is being treated: as a quick, limited moment for fans chasing both beer and a World Cup-themed collectible.
For buyers who missed the first wave, the timing is clear. Coors Light says the next chance to grab one is Thursday, June 18, at the start of the new limited release, with customers capped at one purchase as long as supplies last.

125 cans for $30?? thats basically robbery for a fancy cup lol
Why do they keep making the cans into “collectibles” now. Just let me drink my beer. Also 1pm ET and gone in 30 mins… people are wild.
So it’s like you buy the container and it comes with the beer right? Like three full-sized cans inside? If it doesn’t, then it’s $30 for plastic which is dumb. Either way I’ll probably miss it like I always do.
Honestly this is just marketing for FIFA. Next thing you know they’ll do a limited drop for the World Cup winners and the resale will be crazy. I don’t get how 125 is supposed to be “for fans” when it’s gone before most people even know.
